Plastics Capital Ltd, a UK-based plastics products manufacturer, has acquired 100% of Bell Plastics Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Welcoming the acquisition, Bell Plastics' Managing Director, Jeremy Clarke, said, "This a great deal for both companies.
