Bell introduces new extra-flexible hose vulcanisation mandrels |

| Bell Plastics has extended its range of specialist hose vulcanisation mandrels with the launch of its new extra-flexible (Type X) and super-flexible (Type S) compounds. Made from modified grades of polyamide (nylon), these mandrels are significantly more flexible than the Bell's most flexible existing grade, Type R. The higher flexibility enables nylon mandrels to be used in some situations where this was previously impossible, for example in larger diameters, or where plant layout is constrained.
