      Plastics Capital plc ("Plastics Capital" or the "Company")

              Directors' Shareholding

The Company was informed on 9 January 2008 by Plastics Capital (Trustee) Limited
(the "Trust") that it has purchased the following ordinary shares in the Company
for the purpose of the Company's employee benefit trust.

Following the above mentioned transactions the Trust has a beneficial holding of
(29,760) ordinary shares in the Company representing (0.11) per cent. of the
total issued share capital of the Company.

The Trustees of the Trust are Faisal Rahmatallah, Richard Vessey and Andrew
Walker, who are all Directors of the Company, and who now have the following
beneficial and non-beneficial interest in the Company.
